General guide
The guide, realized through the software CEIAr, aims to place descriptive records of the holdings in the Register of Ecclesiastical Cultural Institutes and on BeWeB. The description of the holdings follows the international guidelines of ISAD (G), ISAAR (CPF) and ISDIAH that require different but connected descriptions of the holdings and of their producer and curators.
The project required various phases. It demands the description of the archivistic holdings and of the further categories (and subcategories when needed) with the explanation of the historic events regarding the producers and other important elements that define the context of production and transmission of the holdings. Information about identification, consistency, period, contents, inventory standards and bibliography are given.
The task also involves analysing the research tools and the supervision of the data contained, together with the reconstruction of the various cataloguing and sorting of the holdings and its archival history.
Inventories
Supporting materials (inventories, lists of consistency, summaries…) will be added to this page and are available on paper in the Archive. Under the section “catalogue” a summary of the holdings with their supporting materials can be found.
